The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of administrators, instructors and students concerning problems in organizing student activities in Physical Education Colleges. The 609 population and samples were administrators, instructors and students in 14 Physical Education Colleges. Data answered by the administrators, instructors and students were statistically analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. One way analysis of variance and scheffe test for all possible comparison were also employed to determine the significant difference at the level of 0.05. It was found that: 1. The opinions of administrators, instructors and students concerning problems in organizing student activities in Physical Education Colleges in each area were : Goal attainment which included to promote self-discipline, to give students moral education, to contribute personality to teacher career, to promote creative thinking and so on; Financing problems concerned inadequate of finance in organizing student activities Physical Education Colleges were not financed by government in organizing student activities and there were no checking and reporting about spending money on student activities; As far as the organizing student activities were concerned, Physical Education Colleges did not encourage to establish Union, Club and Student Council and also these activities were lack of guidance and communication. For evaluation, there were no evaluation in practicing of advisors and student committee. Evaluation of student activities was not done in continuously. Regulations, data about the evaluation were not collected for using in the next organizing student activities. 2. The opinions of Administrators, instructors and students concerning problems in organizing student activities in Physical Education Colleges were significantly different at the level of 0.05 in all areas except goal attainment area.
