Narrates the chronicles of Burmese Kings to 1824. Starts from the Burmese king named Bagyidaw appoint a commitee for the chronicle project in 1829 which was comprised of Buddhist priests, brahmans, and government officers to handle the tasks of gathering and compilation of the dispersed precedent royal chronicles.
เป็นเรื่องราวของกษัตริย์และประวัติศาสตร์ของพม่าจนถึงปี 1824 เกิดจากในปี 1829 กษัตริย์ Bagyidaw แห่งพม่าได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการขึ้นชุดหนึ่งมาทำหน้าที่เขียนจดหมายเหตุเกี่ยวกับกษัตริย์พม่า คณะกรรมการดังกล่าวนี้ประกอบด้วยพระสงฆ์ พราหมณ์และบุคคลของรัฐที่จะร่วมกันทำหน้าที่รวบรวมพงศาวดารที่กระจัดกระจายกันอยู่ แล้วนำมาบันทึกตามลำดับ โดยกล่าวถึงหน้าที่ของกษัตริย์ที่มีต่อรัฐและเรื่องของศาสนาเป็นหลัก
