ปัจจุบันกีฬาเทนนิสได้มีการพัฒนาไปอย่างมากจนกลายมาเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่สามารถ สร้างรายได้เป็นมูลค่ามหาศาลในแต่ละปี และยังคงมีการเจริญเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องในหลาย ภูมิภาคทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกซึ่งอัตราการเจริญเติบโตกีฬาเทนนิสสูง เป็นลำดับที่สองเมื่อเทียบกับการเจริญเติบโตของกีฬาประเภทอื่นๆ จึงเป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่ช่วย สร้างโอกาสในการดำเนินธุรกิจแก่ผู้ประกอบการที่อยู่ในอุตสาหกรรมกีฬาเทนนิสอย่างยิ่ง ธุรกิจผู้ประกอบการสนามเทนนิสให้เช่านับเป็ นอีกธุรกิจหนึ่งที่มีความสำคัญในห่วงโซ่ อุปทานของอุตสาหกรรมกีฬาเทนนิส ในขณะเดียวกันอุปทานของสนามเทนนิสให้เช่าในเขต กรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑลที่เพิ่มขึน้ อย่างมาก
ในปัจจุบันก็ส่งผลให้การแข่งขันในธุรกิจรุนแรงมากกว่า ในอดีต ผู้ประกอบการสนามเทนนิสให้เช่าจึงเป็ นที่จะต้องสร้างแผนกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ สามารถแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งรายอื่นๆในตลาดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในการศึกษาแผนธุรกิจนี้ ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจได้แก่การ วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมมหภาค, สภาพการแข่งขัน, การวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง, การวิเคราะห์ลูกค้าและ ปัจจัยทางธุรกิจเพื่อนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาใช้ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์และพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจให้มีความ สอดคล้องเหมาะสมทัง้ ในส่วนของแผนการตลาด แผนการดำเนินงาน และแผนการเงินเพื่อให้ สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีเป้าหมายในการสร้าง Brand Awareness ให้ เป็นที่รู้จักและได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้บริโภค รวมถึงเพิ่มผลประกอบการขึน้ ร้อยละ 10 ตัง้ แต่ปี พ.ศ. 2559 ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2560
Tennis has become an important industry which can generate the amount of income every year which still grows steadily in most regions in the world. Especially Asia-Pacific region, the rate of industrial growth of tennis popularity is the second best compared to the rate of industrial growth rate of the other sports. This is an excellent opportunity for every business related to tennis. Tennis court for rent is an important business in tennis supply chain. However, the increase of supply for tennis court in Bangkok and the adjacent areas makes the competition more aggressive in this market than before. Therefore tennis court owners must create the strategy in order to compete with competitor in the market.
In the study of business environment, the researcher has studies external environment, competition in business, competitors, customers, and business factor analysis in order to utilize the data to develop the business strategies. Therefor the business strategies will be accordant with operational and financial plan and efficient in business management. In the purpose of success, S.Panurangsri will create Brand Awareness to be respectively accepted from the customers by and increasing 10% of the revenue during 2016, 2017.
