The objectives of the research were 1) to study the current and desirable states of talent and high performance organization management for secondary schools; 2) to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of talent and high performance organization management for secondary schools; 3) to develop talent and high performance organization management strategies for secondary schools; with mixed method research. The samples were 388 schools. The research instrument was questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistic and PNImodified technique. The finding were: 1) The average of current states of the talent management for secondary schools was at the high level whereas the average of desirable states was at the highest level. The average of current states of the high performance organization management for secondary schools was at the high level whereas the average of desirable states was at a highest level. 2) The strengths of talent management was defining organizational strategy and value. The weaknesses were talent identification, talent development, talent culture and the way forward. The threats were government policies, economic, social conditions and technological advancement. The strengths of high performance organization management was management quality, openness & action orientation and the long-term orientation. The weaknesses were continuous improvement & renewal and employee quality. The opportunities were the government policies and technological advancement. The threats were economic and social conditions, 3) The talent management strategies for secondary schools were (1) adhere in strategy and value of talent management (2) seek for the advance technique for talent identification (3) improve the capability of talent person (4) create the power of talent culture and (5) integrate the talent management; the high performance organization management strategies for secondary schools were (1) improve the management quality (2) focus on development of openness and action orientation (3) expect for long -term orientation (4) continuously improve and renew and (5) enhance the employee quality
