The offered products are single houses, townhome and condominiums. Its target markets are the people who are in the working ages and have high purchasing power which their possessions reflected their cultivated tastes. However, when comparing to its competitors, the company had failed to communicate with its target market which were implied by the small shares in consumer’s minds and the small brand awareness. Hence, the company required the sophisticated marketing plan to create the strong brand image toward the right marketing channel at the right time with the right executions.
