◾️ ตามที่ สป.อว. ได้ให้บริการฐานข้อมูล IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL), ACM Digital Library, Web of Science, ProQuest Dissertation & Theses Global ปัจจุบันสัญญาการให้บริการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2564 สิ้นสุดแล้ว และสำหรับการต่อสมาชิกในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2565 สป.อว. มีนโยบายเปลี่ยนแปลงระยะเวลาการให้บริการ ตามแบบมาตรฐานสากล โดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มให้บริการฐานข้อมูลดังกล่าว ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2565 ในวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2565 หรือจนกว่าการต่ออายุสมาชิกจะแล้วเสร็จ

◾️ According to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, MHESI provides the database such as IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL), ACM Digital Library, Web of Science, ProQuest Dissertation & Theses Global. Currently, the service contract for the fiscal year 2021 has ended.
For membership renewal in the fiscal year 2022, MHESI Thailand has a policy to change the service period according to international standards. It is expected that the database service will begin in fiscal year 2022 on January 1, 2022 or until the membership renewal is completed.
