Presents improving regulatory environments and supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with Good Regulatory Practices (GRP), to enhance SME participation in the global value chains, and applications of GRP in Southeast Asia. Reviews stocktaking of GRP in all ten ASEAN member countries. Highlights the efforts each government has taken to advance GRP in various areas, including cutting red tape, regulatory oversight, regulatory impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, ex post evaluation, and e-government.
