On Friday, July 3rd, 2020 at 1.00 – 3.20 PM in Thailand local time, the Office of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with Chinese University of Hong Kong Library, National Central Library, Taiwan (R.O.C.), and National University of Singapore Libraries organized an international online seminar on Zoom “International Experience on Library Services amid the Covid-19 and the Future New Normal”, which is well received and gained tremendous attentions from more than 800 of both internal and international participants. This online seminar discussed and depicted success cases of new library operation landscape from different countries including service practices during the pandemic and preparedness for post-COVID-19. The presentations demonstrated from top management views to frontline operations.
