Currently, the market of Thai silk product is expanding as a result of full encouragement and assistance of the government and private sectors. Consequently, Thai silk product has become more well-known and is growing in popularity. Nowadays Buriram province has become world-famous for a high quality and pleasant product of Thai silk. Hence, this study’s objective is to prepare a business plan for ABC Company which is running the business in processing and selling a wide range of products made from Thai silk in Buriram province. The company thereby creates and adds the values to products by using product differentiate strategies and enhancing sensational design with the combination of Thai and contemporary styles to meet customer’s needs. Author studies and assessed the potentiality and objective of business by applying the concept of analyzing both internal and external factors concerned which consist of industrial information, competitors, competitiveness including customer behavior in order to direct business strategies such as marketing plan, operation and management plan, human resource management, R&D and financial aspects. The end result of this study indicates that the said business is feasible in term of financial aspect by investing a whole 1,000,000 baht from the equity, and the 5-year project evaluation is discovered that the project has the payback period of 1 year 11 months with 97.63% IRR and net present value at 4,000,810 Baht.
