As the result, the sample group buy shoe average one pair in 2-3 month. The average price is between 300-500 baht. Moreover, there were 63% of total sample group prefer to use the service. The feasibility study found that this project use the equity 1,500,000 baht with 5 years period. From the calculation, this project has net present value (NPV) as 1,103,468 baht, payback periods equal 3 years, and investment rate of return (IRR) as 36.21%. On the other hand, sensitivity analysis showed that the changing of sale influence to the performance of business. If the sale decreses 10% of sale in base case, the project will have the negative NPV and IRR. Furthermore, the worst case in scenario analysis show that 10% decreased in sale and number of customer would be effect both NPV and IRR to be negative. Consequently, this project would be risk for investment.
