This research aims at developing a Model of Knowledge Management Capability (KMC) of Innovative Entrepreneurs in Thailand; to use empirical data and to test the validity of the structural model of KMC indicators of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand. The research sample consisted of 390 innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand. The purposive sampling method was used. The research data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics using SPSS, confirmatory factor analysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL. The KMC and innovation level evaluation were developed by decision tree model using WEKA. The indicators were used to create a model of KMC of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand. Eight representative of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand were objectively selected for in-depth interview. The model was developed and accepted by Technology Acceptance Model . The following conclusions were based on the finding of this research: The KMC model of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand significantly correlated with the empirical data. The four main components of knowledge management process: Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage and Knowledge Application, are considered to be important components of KMC of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand. The factor loading is 0.91, 0.98, 0.92 and 0.93 consecutively. All four main components must pass through 24 minor components and 80 indicators. Besides, it is also found that through the six minor components of KMC: Technology, Structure, Culture, Expertise, Learning and Information, have positive correlation with the innovativeness of entrepreneurs judging through the Pearson Coefficient Correlation. The correlation value is equaled to 0.506, 0.556, 0.593, 0.601, 0.591 and 0.544 consecutively. However, by analyzing the impact correlation of six minor components, it is found that only Expertise, Learning and Information have positive impact with innovativeness significantly. From the decision tree model found that Structure and Information are very important to identify innovation level. The result from the in-depth interview of innovative entrepreneurs are utilized in developing the KMC model of innovative entrepreneurs in Thailand. The model comprises of concepts ,techniques, tools and methods to develop KMC through the six minor components of KMC. It is also accepted by entrepreneurs and KM experts in Thailand.
