The present report is submitted pursuant to the decision of the Working Party at its thirty-seventh session in June 2001 to insert the item on the agenda of its thirty-eighth session (TD/B/WP/L.100). The report provides information on the financing and participation of experts in UNCTAD expert meetings in achieving the objectives of the financing. It also contains information on the trust fund for enhancing the participation of developing country experts in UNCTAD meetings
