Abstract: The report focuses on three types of international instruments dealing with competition law and policy, namely: bilateral competition law enforcement agreements; free trade, customs union or common market agreements; and multilateral instruments. It analyses the experiences with such agreements in the area of competition policy and the mechanisms used and makes a number of recommendations with a view to further promoting such cooperation
