Summary: This handbook is published under the auspices of the UNCTAD Technical Cooperation Project on Market Access, Trade Laws and Preferences (INT/97/A06). It is part of a series of publications aimed at assisting exporters, producers and government officials to utilize the trade opportunities available under the various GSP schemes. The publication of this handbook has been made possible thanks to a contribution from the EC Commission.
