Purposes of the Study To find out the main factors affecting job satisfaction of the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators and the order of contribution of these factors Methodology The samples were the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators in the year 1983. The job satisfaction and the independent variables questionairs were used as the instruments. The independent variables were achievement, recognitions, work, itself, responsibility, advancement, possibility of growth, relationship with supervisor, relationship with peers, status, supervision, policy and administration, work conditions, security, salary and personal life. The stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to analize the data. Finding of the Research 1.The main factors affecting job satisfaction of the General Education Department’s Co-ordinators are relationship with supervisor and policy and administration (p < .001) 2.
