Education for People and Planet: Creating Sustainable Futures For All

1.     Gives 15-year-statistical data of global education monitoring report. Mentions the 2030 Agenda for sustainability development which head to clean industry and transformation of agricultural practices. Focuses on education and lifelong learning as a major contribution for economic growth, social inclusion, labour market improvement, peace and participatory politics, urbanization and inequality reduction. Indicates partnerships to enable the Sustainability Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) and projections on education attainment after 2030 with outcomes. Assesses educational challenges in response to SDG 4, covering primary and secondary education, early childhood, technical, vocational, tertiary and adult education, skills for work, equity, literacy and numeracy, sustainable development and global citizenship, educational facilities and learning environments, scholarship, teachers, finance, and education systems.
