The main purpose of the TIC is to provide the most useful materials and information to its users in the right form and at the right time in order to respond to their needs.Therefore, the TIC's trained information specialists and librarians are all well-equipped with technical knowledge and skills in preparing and handling information flow and information services. The information specialists and librarians indicate the most relevant indexes and abstracts, including bibliographies, both specialised and general, as well as related information to the users. They also supply the users with the names and/or list of organisations or associations that may provide significant information, including off-campus resources available through inter-library loan or through membership in other libraries.
At present, After reforming the structures in Centre of Academic Resource in 2010, the staff of the TIC consists of the Manager of the Center, a number of Information Specialists and Librarians, and a few clerical employees. Followings are the names of the TIC's staff :
