EUROCAT is a major advance in providing access to the record of the activities, policies and legislation of the EU.

EUROCAT brings together over 450,000 records from four databases of the Office for Official Publications of the European Union: CATEL, the database used by the Office to produce its catalogues and to index the Official Journal L series; CELEX, the official database of European Union law; and SCAD, including records of actual legislation, preparatory acts, Commission Final Documents, European


OJ CD

  OJ CD contains the full text of all EU legislation in force passed since 1952 as found in the CELEX database and full text of case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union since 1954. This is supplemented by materials from the Court itself, In addition it contains the full text of all important Commission Communications, European Parliamentary questions and answers, explanatory memoranda from COM finals, both published and unpublished DG IV decisions covering Competition and Merger Control, Anti- dumping notices, and State aid notices published since January 1992.
